How is the "Young Families" ranking calculated?

Each HDB block is scored 0–100, weighting primary schools and childcare most heavily, then transport, green space and daily needs. Town scores are the unit-weighted average of their blocks, so larger blocks count for more. Everything is computed from open government data — nothing is hand-tuned.
